Our house is located in a quiet, sunny area and is the perfect place for families, friends, and pleasure seekers. Here you live door to door – together yet with enough privacy to feel completely comfortable.

Just a few steps separate you from everything a holidaymaker's heart desires: a supermarket, the bus stop, the swimming lake with beach volleyball court and children's playground, as well as tennis and football fields – everything is right at your doorstep.

New: For cycling enthusiasts, there is now a bike storage area with washing facilities – perfect after a tour through the magnificent mountain scenery!

By bus, you can conveniently reach the most beautiful destinations in the Paznaun Valley in summer and winter: the family-friendly ski area Kappl-See, ideal for young and old, the legendary ski resort Ischgl with its endless slopes, and the charming Galtür, where winter sports and enjoyment of nature go hand in hand.

After an active day in the mountains, pure relaxation awaits you: In our sauna (available in winter, 2x a week for free!), you can relax beneath the sparkling starry sky, enjoy soothing warmth, fragrant aromas, and gentle sounds that bring body and mind into harmony.
