Are you looking for a cozy, well-located holiday apartment in the front Zillertal? Then you are exactly right with us! Our apartment is located in Fügen – in a sunny location with a beautiful view of the mountains – and offers you the perfect mix of tranquility, nature, and good infrastructure.

The holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our house. The way there leads through the staircase, in our living area. We, Barbara and Josef, are your hosts and are happy to assist you with any questions or concerns.

What to expect:

The apartment is ideal for families, friends, or couples who like to have spacious living. There are two separate bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 children's bunk bed up to a maximum of 120kg), a cozy living room with a couch and TV and a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower and WC.

Especially nice: You have two balconies – one on the south side with sun and mountain view, and one on the north side, where it stays pleasantly cool when it gets hot in summer.

Top location – everything nearby:

– Approx. 100 m to the nearest bus or train stop
– The mountain lifts (Spieljochbahn & Co.) are quickly accessible
– Swimming pool & Zillertal thermal baths are just around the corner
– Supermarkets, bakeries, and grocery stores within walking distance
– Several restaurants and inns directly in the village

You can easily leave your car behind – many places are also reachable on foot or by public transport.

In summer, countless hiking and biking trails, fresh mountain air, and rustic mountain huts await you. In winter, you have the slopes practically at your doorstep – skiing, tobogganing, or simply strolling through the snow – everything is possible. The adventure thermal baths are also a highlight in winter.
