Our house is located in a sunny, quiet area in Telfes in the Stubai Valley – surrounded by mountains, nature, and typical Tyrolean hospitality. The building spans three floors and combines private life and hospitality under one roof.

The cozy holiday apartment "Aemilia-Paulina" is located on the 1st floor of our house. It offers plenty of space, light-flooded rooms, and a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

On the ground floor, there is the entrance area as well as practical storage spaces for skis or hiking equipment. On the 2nd floor, we, the Neuner family, live ourselves – so we are always happy to assist you with any questions or concerns, but we naturally respect your privacy.

The house is ideal for guests who appreciate a personal, quiet atmosphere with a private character – a true home away from home in the heart of the Stubai Valley.
