The newly renovated apartment is accessed directly from the living room with table and chairs for dining, a small sofa, a sideboard, television and a large French window that opens onto the <b>equipped balcony overlooking the sea</b>. On the left there is a small but the well-equipped kitchen, a small bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. In front of the bathroom lies the double bedroom, also with direct access to the balcony.
The residence is situated within a fenced property (with automatic opening gate) and is surrounded by a pine forest.
