Relaxation-seeking guests appreciate the idyllically quiet location of the holiday apartments in Seefeld, while active holidaymakers - and their dogs - can walk to the centre of Seefeld in just five minutes from where they can explore not only the village, but also the entire region between the Wetterstein mountains and the Karwendel massif.

The Steinröschen house, which boasts a three-edelweiss rating, comprises one two-room apartment and one three-room apartment. Both apartments have satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a comfortable seating area, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and a balcony. To fortify you before an eventful day’s hiking or skiing, fresh rolls from our local baker can be delivered to you every morning on request. In the nearby restaurant just 50 metres away you can savour mouth-watering Italian specialities while reflecting over the events of the day. For those who prefer to do their own cooking, there is a supermarket just a five-minute walk away where you can buy everything you need to prepare snacks or hearty meals.

During the summer months Haus Steinröschen, with its delightful garden, sun-bathing lawn and play area for children, offers an idyllic oasis for families - and your dog is welcome too! Walking and hiking trails start right on the doorstep, and tennis enthusiasts can indulge their passion at the WM-Halle world-championship tennis courts just 500 metres away. If you fancy a refreshing swim, a three-minute walk takes you to the pools of the Olympic Sport and Congress Centre where Steinröschen guests enjoy reduced admission rates.

During the winter months, after a fun-filled day on the slopes or cross-country tracks, you can store your equipment in our ski storage depot. A free ski bus is available to take you to Seefeld’s Rosshütte and Gschwandtkopf ski areas. The bus stop for catching the ski bus and village bus, and access to the cross-country ski track network, are all located just a three-minute walk away.

Free car-parking is available at the house and dogs are more than welcome.
