Apartment Appartement/Fewo (40qm) mit Gartenblick στο Katzwinkel/Sieg., Rhineland-Palatinate

Hello and good day dear guests,

our vacation apartment "Gartenblick-Katzwinkel" is about 40m² and offers space for 1-2 people and is a non-smoking apartment. It has its own entrance and its own free parking space for your car. WLAN is also available free of charge. The apartment consists of a cozy living room with sofa bed and TV with satellite, an adjacent fully equipped kitchen area with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, water and egg boiler and much more. The apartment has a separate bedroom with double bed (ca.140x200) and a spacious bathroom with shower, washing machine (free use) large mirror and hairdryer. To the apartment belongs its own terrace with existing barbecue and seating, as well as the additional possibility of using a barbecue pavilion (by arrangement) and garden sharing. Pets (dogs) are welcome (max. two animals) and bowls can be provided.

Our holiday flat is located in a two-apartment house of a semi-detached house and is situated away from the street in the rear part of the building.


It has its own entrance with parking space and is structurally separated from the other flats, so that there is no disturbing overlapping within the building. The location promises a quiet and undisturbed stay to enjoy a few nice and relaxing days. Pets/dogs (max. 2 animals) are also welcome and in case of an emergency there is also a veterinary practice (veterinary clinic) with 24/7 opening hours in the immediate vicinity.

We are located in the beautiful village of Katzwinkel(Sieg) on the edge of the Westerwald, in a densely wooded recreational area. The surrounding area is particularly suitable for hiking and cycling tours. The "Druidensteig" hiking trail in particular, as well as other designated hiking routes, are right on our doorstep. There are also other possibilities in the surrounding area to plan varied adventure tours.

And the fresh bread rolls in the morning are also guaranteed! In approx. 800m distance to the holiday flat there is a bakery where you can also discover other delicacies ;-)
