The lovingly furnished and freshly renovated holiday apartment is located on the first floor and offers you everything you need for a pleasant stay. In the north-facing bedroom with a view of the vineyards, you will find a comfortable double bed with allergy-friendly bedding, a spacious wardrobe, and a dresser - plenty of space to store your travel luggage. The entire apartment features a beautiful floorboards. The cozy and light-flooded living room with a sofa bed (140 cm sleeping area - here 1 additional adult or 2 children can comfortably sleep) and an armchair has a flat-screen TV for cozy movie nights. You can access the large south-facing balcony with sufficient seating from both the living room and the kitchen. The bright shower room is equipped with fresh towels, hand soap, a cosmetic mirror, and a hairdryer. In the spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator-freezer combination, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a coffee machine, no wishes should remain unfulfilled. Here you will also find seating for up to 4 people and a small TV. Minor laundry mishaps can be quickly remedied with the washing machine specifically for the holiday apartment. In the laundry room, you will also find a drying rack. If you find that you are missing anything, do not hesitate to contact us. A third person or up to 2 children can be added to the booking upon request. An additional charge of 30 euros per person per night will apply. Pets are not allowed in the apartment, nor is smoking.

You will be staying in a villa from the year 1895. We have lovingly restored the house after the flood, paying great attention to the architecture of the founders' era, to retain the charm of the villa. We hope you feel just as comfortable as we do - almost right in the city of Bad Neuenahr, which truly has a lot to offer. From your vacation apartment, you can already reach many activities on foot or by bike, and you will also find public transportation not far from the apartment! The REWE supermarket is about 250m away and the Lidl is just a few meters further. The city center, with many restaurants, bars, and smaller shops, is approximately 400m from the accommodation. You can start hiking directly from the vacation apartment, as many hiking trails run near our accommodation. The spa park and the beautiful Ahr promenade are about 500m from the accommodation. The old town of Ahrweiler is about 2.5km away. Let yourself be enchanted by the beautiful nature in the Ahr Valley, by the good wine, and by the friendly locals!
