Welcome to the Susanne apartment of the Gleirscher family in Neder, district of Neustift, in the Stubaital!

The apartment offers plenty of space for 2-5 people and is situated in a quiet, sunny location, surrounded by meadows with panoramic views of the centre of the village of Neustift.

The Elferlifte skiing resort is 1 km away from the apartment and the Schlick 2000 family skiing area can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Take a walk to the nearest restaurants that are 5 minutes away and to the landscaped Kampl Lake. The next supermarket can be reached after 10 minutes. Enjoy the prime location of our Susanne apartment at the entrance to the Pinnistal. The Elfer-Pinnis resort is an ideal hiking area with numerous traditional huts and pastures as day-trip destinations. On occasion of a thrilling sled ride in the Pinnistal you can even arrive right at our house. The two sled runs at the Elferlifte resort are illuminated at night and offer great fun for the whole family.

A free welcome drink awaits you at Sulzenauhütte that is managed by your hosts and can be reached via the WildeWasserWeg trail around the impressive Grawa waterfall.

Our apartment comes with a separate entrance, is brightly furnished and held in modern Tyrolean style. As exclusive guests at our Susanne apartment you can relax and unwind together with your family and friends.

The spacious apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a large double bedroom, a small single bedroom and a comfortable living room with satellite TV with programmes in several languages as well as a double cupboard bed. The spacious bathroom comes with a separate shower and toilet. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire apartment. Thanks to its ground access, the apartment is also suitable for guests who require a wheelchair.

On request we can offer children’s equipment like a high chair and a crib. We will also have freshly baked goods delivered to your apartment by our local baker in the morning, on request. Relax and unwind on our beautiful sun terrace or in the garden with lawn after an active day.

A real highlight for the whole family is the summer toboggan run in Mieders and Tyrol's largest high wire garden at the Fulpmes Adventure Park near the Serlesbahnen, with its Bike Academy.

The Stubai Glacier is one of Austria’s most attractive glacier skiing areas. Athletes, families and winter romantics will all feel in good hands here.
