1 bed (100x200 cm) at a senior-friendly comfort height, 42-inch plasma TV with SAT TV, recliner with footrest, lockable safe in the wardrobe, windows with roll-down blackout blinds.

Modern bright fitted kitchen fully equipped with electric stove and oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, Senseo pod coffee machine, kettle, toaster, Soda Crystal water carbonator with glass bottles, dish towels, a large breakfast table with leather chairs.
Roof window with solar roller blinds that can be darkened.

Daylight Bathroom

The holiday apartment is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the holiday apartment by 10:00 AM.

Our holiday apartment is located in a quiet area in the hiking region of the Palatinate Forest/Southwest Palatinate and borders the Dahner Felsenland and Hauenstein hiking regions. The border area of Alsace/Lorraine is just around the corner.
With us, you have the opportunity to discover numerous premium hiking trails, green shady forests, managed huts, secluded dreamy lakes, or bizarre sandstone rocks as well as castles and ruins.
Do you prefer Nordic walking, mountain biking, single trails, and bike paths connecting to Northern Alsace, the southern wine route, or the neighboring Saarland? Here, you have plenty of choices.
Breathe in the fresh air of the Palatinate Forest and enjoy many beautiful views. Directly from our centrally located holiday apartment, you can reach numerous excursion destinations in just a few moments.



General:

Non-smoking apartment – smoking only in the outdoor area.

WLAN and the complete Magenta Sport package are available to our guests free of charge.

You can also help yourself to our small coffee bar, which includes coffee powder, various Senseo pads, tea, milk, sugar, and spices.
For our little guests, we offer a free children's travel bed with mattress, blanket, pillow, and covers, a high chair, or a bed rail for older children as protection.


For day hikes, we provide a small backpack and hiking poles.

On nice days, you can enjoy the evening with a glass of wine in the small outdoor area.


Use of the washing machine or dryer is available for a fee.


Dogs can stay with us free of charge. We are happy to provide food bowls, a dog bed, and towels.


You can charge your car at our wall box for a fee and park free of charge directly in front of our house on the traffic-calmed street.


Bicycles can be stored in our lockable shed.


Magazine and lottery acceptance with a small selection of baked goods, cash machines from Sparkasse and VR Bank, a dentist, veterinarian, and garden center are within walking distance. Additionally, you will find all well-known discounters in the city of Pirmasens, which is 3 km away.
