This apartment, with a background of ski legends by Fritz Huber, offers a perfect combination of modern design and coziness across 60m² of living space. It is located in one of the best areas of Kitzbühel, on the Sonnberg, just a few minutes from the city center, sports park, and ski lifts.
The apartment is stylishly and modernly furnished, featuring 2 bedrooms (box spring beds), 1 bathroom with a separate WC, and a living area with a sofa bed for the fifth person (completely blackout) that is open and seamlessly connects the kitchen, living room, and dining area. Additionally, there is a lockable garage parking space with a ski boot dryer and waste separation system! A travel cot (including mattress, head pillow, and blanket with cover), high chair, changing mat, potty, and step-up for the sink for babies and toddlers can be provided for an additional fee of 45 euros per stay, payable on-site in cash, please indicate when booking! Games, books, etc. are available!
Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape, especially of the Hahnenkamm, where you can see the Streif run.
