Appartements Agnes, we live by the motto – MODERN and TYROL - enjoyable living in a large holiday apartment (90m²), centrally located yet quiet in the heart of Fulpmes in the Stubai Valley. Awarded 4 Edelweiß.

You can access both holiday apartments through a private entrance that ensures ample privacy. Garage or carport for 1 car guaranteed!

The SERLES apartment features its own terrace with garden and large lawn area, where you can unwind at the end of the holiday day (maybe in the hammock) with a view of the magnificent Stubai mountain world. Or how about a game of table tennis?
Yes...and while your children are running around, you can still enjoy breakfast on the terrace in the sun.
Apartment amenities: entrance hall, living room, two bedrooms with shower/WC, a separate WC, kitchen in a private room, Wi-Fi and SAT-TV. The luxury in the apartment is, of course, the private sauna with infrared, steam sauna, and Finnish sauna, as well as the electric tiled stove.

We love children and have toys ready for them; as well as a crib and a high chair for the little ones.

The ADLERHORST apartment on the first floor is completely new and furnished to the highest standards. The special feature is the dreamy panoramic view of the entire Stubai Valley with its imposing mountains.
Wonderful is the large kitchen (private room) with a view of the Stubai Glacier, next to it the spacious living room with SAT-TV, Wi-Fi, two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub, shower, and double washbasin, WC separately, and a large entrance hall. Two balconies invite you to relax: to the south, enjoy the warming rays of the sun - or to the east, here’s a cool spot in the shade on hot days).

We are happy to offer our guests a bread delivery service or you will find a bakery in the town center of Fulpmes just a 3-minute walk away.

For a first walk, the Franz-Senn-Weg invites you in the direction of Neustift.

From the balcony and terrace, you can listen to the concerts of the Fulpmes brass band every Wednesday during the summer.

In summer as well as in winter, our house is an ideal starting point for all athletic activities. Whether skiing at Schlick 2000 in Fulpmes or hiking with the Stubai Super Card in the family-friendly Schlick 2000 in the midst of this unique natural paradise, there is the right option for every seeker of relaxation here.

The ski bus to Schlick 2000 and to the snow-sure ski area Stubai Glacier can be reached in a 2-minute walk.
For a special experience of night tobogganing every Thursday at Schlick 2000, we are happy to lend you our sledges.


All supermarkets and restaurants are only a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

With the Stubai Valley Railway, included in the Stubai Super Card, you can enjoy a picturesque ride, stress-free from Fulpmes, through the beautifully blooming Telfer meadows all the way to Innsbruck.

Athletic cyclists among you can rent our mountain bikes.
