The tenant can withdraw from the lease agreement in writing. If the tenant withdraws from the lease agreement without naming a substitute tenant, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-renting is not possible.

The statutory rights to withdraw from or terminate the contract remain unaffected.

Perfekte Unterkunft
Das einzige Manko, wir hatten unseren Hund Ben, ein Berner-Sennenmix, mit, für ihnen war die doch sehr steile Treppe eine Herausforderung.
Wir werden sicherlich nochmal wiederkommen, wenn mit Hund, dann vielleicht die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss.

Die Vermieter betreiben ausserdem die Oase Domburg, direkt am Strand.

Perfekter Kurzurlaub!
Wir fühlen uns dort so super wohl, dass wir sicherlich bald wieder kommen! Es fehlt an nichts und die Lage ist ein Traum!
Auch unser Hund freut sich wie verrückt, wenn wir unser Urlaubsziel erreicht haben. Leider hatten wir einen halben Tag Regen, da unser Vermieter Herr Duvekot die Sonne in seinen eigenen Urlaub entführt hat! :)

Einfach nur sehr sehr empfehlenswert - traumhafte Lage!
Für Interessenten ein paar Infos:
Wohnung: hell - sehr sauber - gemütlich eingerichtet - gut ausgestattet - modernes Bad mit Eckdusche - separates WC -sehr gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich - Schlafzimmer mit kl. Ankleide - Küche mit Gasherd, Kühlschrank/Gefrierfach, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle, gut sortiertes Besteck, Gläser- und Geschirrangebot - sehr große Dachterrasse mit 2 Korbstühlen/einem Tisch, wäre noch reichlich Platz für 2 Liegestühle (nicht vorhanden)
Lage: sehr ruhig und nah am Meer (ca. 3-5 Min fußläufig)-Supermarkt und Zentrum in wenigen Fußminuten erreichbar-Golfplatz/gr. Fitnesscenter in unmittelbarer Nähe
