Set on the 8th floor of an elegant building with elevator, the apartment is a perfect combination. Guests can enjoy matchless 180-degree views of San Sebastian and the afamed La Concha bay.
The apartment has a living room with a dining area and an open concept kitchen. Both the dining area and the kitchen face the large terrace. From the terrace guests can enjoy an unparalleled panoramic view of San Sebastian and La Concha beach. The bedroom is very spacious: It has a double bed and a large wardrobe. A tranquil sofa bed that serves as a second bedding area is available for the guests. Because of its own wardrobe and an independent access to the corridor, the second bedding area is lovely. There is a fully equipped bathroom with shower in the apartment.

It was the perfect spot in San Sebastián and was really in the middle of anything you would want from restaurants to great walks.
I can’t speak highly enough about the professionalism of The Rentals Collection staff. My husband and I booked a dream trip and let me tell you the view is exactly as pictured, absolutely beautiful. The highlight of booking this unit was how absolutely helpful and kind the staff at The Rentals Collection were throughout our trip. We unfortunately fell very ill upon arrival and the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating during an unpleasant arrival due to outside forces.The place was absolutely wonderful, you can’t beat the location with La Concha beach right there and about a 6-7 minute walk to parte vieja. I will admit at first the bed seems very hard and not very comfortable but you get used to it.Love that there is a refrigerator and full kitchen unit.Thank you so much for your hospitality, we loved it so much.

Las vistas espectaculares. La atención de la agencia, la ubicación, el edificio, la amabilidad del portero, el silencio en el dormitorio.. La tele fallaba a veces por problemas de la antena, supongo. Algo más de batería de cocina. A mí, particularmente, me sobraban las alfombras.
Espectacular. Han sido unas vacaciones fantásticas, todo ha sido perfecto y ya estamos esperando al año que viene para volver.
The location is great and indeed the place looks like the photos. Minor hassle is off-site key pickup, but to be honest one would likely have to walk past the office from either a parking lot or the train station anyway, so no big deal.We had some A/C and electrical issues, though the manager was responsive to these and did come to address them.Overall, it is a solid choice for San Sebastián!
The view of the beach was incredible. We were able to leave our bags at the office the day we left after we checked out. It was easy to walk into town for fantastic food and drinks. San Sebastian is incredibly walkable and the bus system is great too if you need it. Check in and check out was easy though at a different location than the place which worked out well for us because it was on the way to the bus and train station.

The apartment is very comfortable and is extremely spacious. It is in a wonderful location with amazing seafront and beach views.

Beautiful view from the rooftop terrace and very large space. Great location for the beach and walking along the shore. The bed isn’t very comfortable. Remember to notice that the check-in location is several blocks from the apartment
This was a beautiful 8th floor apartment with a spectacular view of the beach. Even though it was on a busy street, the sound of the waves drowned out everything else.However, there were 2 things that compromised our stay: the bed was, simply put, awful. The mattress was rock hard, it felt like sleeping on a yoga mat. We ended up taking the foam mattress from the hideabed and placing it on top. It helped, but still wasn’t great. Secondly, when we arrived, there wasn’t so much as a sugar cube in the place. Not a single staple. We had to buy salt, pepper, sugar, etc… Every Airbnb we’ve stayed in before has had a welcome basket containing staples as well as a few tea bags, pouches of instant coffee. Also, there was no tea pot.Also the bathroom facilities are fairly rudimentary: a tiny shower with a hand held nozzle, single sink, limited shelf space.Bottom line: paying for view and location, not the facilities.On another note, the building concierge was super helpful.
Location, location, location. Hands down, the BEST view in San Sebastián! When I first stumbled upon this apartment on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online.
We absolutely loved our stay here, genuinely one of our favourite places we’ve ever stayed. The view is absolutely stunning, the balcony is wonderful, and the inside of the flat is super spacious. The flat and balcony are as big as they look in the photos, if not bigger, and lovely style/furniture etc. The rental company was very responsive though sometimes it was difficult to figure out instructions just due to them being sent in one huge block message and translating to English sometimes meant it was a bit hard to understand but we got round it! Was overall a very comfortable stay and great location, walking distance to the beaches, restaurants etc. If we come back to San Sebastián we will be looking to stay here again!

9/10 really, really good apartment.Great location, view of the beach is amazing and it is quiet….….but…some pointers which i would say i expect from an Airbnb that would s not cheap!No bottle of water or welcome drink - the fridge was devoid for of anything!No salt, pepper, oil, herbs or any condiments whatsoever. You are not telling me previous occupants left nothing?! (We left 240ml of virgin oil) No washing up liquid suppled but there were two dishwasher tabletsWe found used coffee grinds in the machine.The remote for the awning did not workOnly one sun bed on the terrace.Like other people have reported in SS we did find a smell of sewerage/ cabbage on a couple of the the evenings which made the terrace unusable. The bed was very firm with basic pillows. However we really would recommend it!!!
This rental looks and feels just like the photos. The view was incredible. The bed was comfortable. It’s probably best for a couple as opposed to 2 couples as it’s really only one bedroom. The shower was fine unlike another’s review. These are normal showers in Europe. If you want to cook, as other reviewers noted, there are no cooking necessities, even salt. But we came for the food and dined out. I miss the views already.

Le logement est conforme à ce qui est dit dans l'annonce et dans les commentaires. Les points positifs : standing du logement , vue de la terrasse , gentillesse du concierge sur place , immeuble très calme.Les points négatifs : pas de parking prévu nous avons loué une place au parking de la concha 172 euros la semaine...ça pique , l'eau chaude de la douche est capricieuse un robinet thermostatique au regard du standing serait vraiment un plus , la quantité de vaisselle est vraiment restreinte c'est abusé , le tarif reste quand même très élevé par rapport aux concurrents , le lit est très très très dur ce qui peut être gênant pour les personnes souffrant de mal au dos , à savoir que si vous êtes 4 : le couchage des 4 personnes se fait dans le même espace sans moyen de s'isoler de manière intime. A pied la vielle ville reste quand assez loin mais ça se fait quand même en se baladant.L'impression est cependant très positive et on y reviendra peut-être.
