The Lake Panorama apartment is located on the upper floor (1 flight of stairs up) and offers a breathtaking view of the lake, the beautiful landscape, and the well-maintained decorative pond. Sit in the apartment or on the balcony and let the view enchant you.

In the beautiful living area, you'll find a new sofa set with a bed function and a large 127 cm HD/3D television. You can receive many television and radio channels from all over the world (4 different satellites). There is a 3D Blu-ray player and DVD player. A music system with radio, CD, etc. is also located in the apartment. Internet access with WIFI (wireless LAN).

The bright and friendly furnished apartment conveys a nature-oriented flair with plenty of wood and stone. Additionally, the electric fireplace and an elegant ceiling fan create a special, cozy atmosphere.
This provides a special holiday atmosphere even on cold and rainy days.
It is a non-smoking apartment (smokers please use the balcony or outdoor area)

The new fitted kitchen has a 4-burner stove (ceramic hob) and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, and 2 coffee machines (filter and pod machine, Bosch-Tassimo). Toaster, kettle, etc. Pots and pans as well as cutlery and dishes for the maximum number of guests are, of course, provided.
A crib and high chair can be provided free of charge.
The dining area is suitable for 4 people.

The apartment has a separate bedroom with a high-quality box spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm). So nothing stands in the way of a good night's sleep. You also have a view of the lake from the bedroom!
You will find large full-length mirrors in the bedroom.
In the living area, there is also a new double sofa bed as an additional sleeping option.

The bathroom is particularly exclusive!
It has a large 2-person whirlpool. Pamper yourself in the whirlpool with light therapy, whirlpool function, and many other features. A radio is also integrated.
Special bath salts for the whirlpool are available free of charge.
The bathroom features a flat-screen TV. Enjoy a nice movie on the TV while taking a cozy bath or put in a good DVD.
For special enjoyment, we have a DVD with a fireplace, sunrises, etc. ready for you.
You can also look out over the lake while taking a bath in the whirlpool!

A separate steam shower provides a special pleasure. This includes a steam function, similar to a steam sauna (with seating), as well as a rain shower, side massage jets, and foot massage jets. Radio, light therapy, etc.

If you want to eat well on the balcony, you will find an additional foldable dining table available on each floor (in front of the apartment entrance).

The apartment has central heating and, of course, a separate entrance.

In the house: Reception area with reception. The new sauna and jacuzzi can be found in the basement of the "Maarberg Resort". You can also use the sauna alone (lockable). Additionally, in the basement, there is a room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board.
In the reception area, you can obtain hiking maps, postcards, and free informational material about many attractions and recreational opportunities in the region. Moreover, there is a beverage refrigerator in the reception area with beverages available on a trust basis. Large aquarium in the entrance area/reception.

The outdoor area will impress you!
Two wonderfully and elaborately designed decorative ponds with koi and other fish, 2 waterfalls, 2 streams, and a well-maintained decorative gravel installation belong to the property. The outdoor areas are romantically illuminated in the evening. There are also turtles in the ponds. Sit comfortably with a coffee or cocktail on the balcony or terrace and watch the fish and turtles. Or look down into the valley at the lake.
Also found in the outdoor area: sufficient parking spaces, a bicycle rack. A barbecue area with a view of the lake is located behind the house.

In the village, there are good restaurants, cafes, and shopping opportunities. In the 5 km distant town of Daun, you will find many additional shopping opportunities and supermarkets.

It is beautifully located on the edge of the village of Schalkenmehren by the lake. A quiet hillside location on the edge of the forest.
It is only about 400 m to the lake and the town center.

There are 9 different holiday apartments for 1 to 6 people:
Studios, apartments with 1 separate bedroom, and apartments with 2 separate bedrooms
Each apartment is stylish, individual, bright, friendly, and modernly furnished.

Special emphasis was placed on the exclusive fittings of the bathrooms and kitchens.
There are whirlpools, steam showers, TVs in the bathrooms, LED floor lighting, etc.
