The house is located in a quiet and very sunny, idyllic location, overlooking the Zillertal mountains. Parking is available directly at the house. The farmhouse is equipped with central heating. The wood stove in the kitchen can be heated additionally. Wood for the stove is sufficiently available.

Directly behind the house you can find the picturesque hiking trail to the Spieljoch and a cozy inn is just a stone's throw away from your alpine domicile. The famous hiking and winter sports area of Hochfügen is only 15 minutes away by car. The family-friendly Spieljochbahn can be reached in just 5 minutes by local bus or car.

There is a barbecue in the garden and the covered terrace offers the perfect ambience for an unforgettable barbecue party. The beautiful garden has even more surprises in store: Enjoy regeneration and relaxation in our barrel sauna - a treat for body and mind! So that you don't get too cold in the house, central heating and an additional wood stove in the kitchen provide cozy warmth.
