The holiday apartment "Nadel" is located in the basement and is ideally suited for 2 persons. It includes a quiet bedroom - optionally with 2 single beds or as a double bed (without a gap!), a cozy living room with sofa, armchair and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, a small bathroom and hallway. The apartment is easily accessible via a staircase with 6 steps.

The holiday apartments "Nadel" and "Faden" are located in the 2024 lovingly renovated house "Heimschneiderei" on the ground and upper floors. The decor consciously incorporates elements of an old tailoring shop, as this house was formerly home to a tailor named Karl. Both apartments have a roughly comparable layout and are perfectly suited for 2 people. Each includes a bedroom, living room, kitchen with dining area, small bathroom, and hallway. The beds can be configured as single beds or, upon request, as a double bed. The apartment "Faden" on the upper floor also features a small balcony with beautiful evening sun and a charming view of the surrounding rooftops in the old town.

In the courtyard, there is a parking space with an E-charging station. Additional vehicles can be parked directly in front of the house.

Mömlingen is also known as the "Gateway to the Odenwald" and is situated in the idyllic Mümlingtal. The community is framed by the wooded heights of the northern Odenwald. Near the Main valley and about 30 minutes from Frankfurt, those seeking relaxation can find peace and tranquility in the vast forests. Hiking trails and attractive mountain biking routes offer new perspectives over the valleys and heights of Odenwald, Spessart, and sometimes even the Taunus. The red sandstone in the underground is evident in beautiful historic buildings such as the baroque church, old barns, residential houses, and the lovingly decorated home and school museum in the old school. Approximately 20 minutes away lies Aschaffenburg with its impressive Johannisberg Castle, numerous shopping opportunities, and a rich cultural offering. Miltenberg, the pearl of the Untermain, is located in the opposite direction about 25 minutes away and is distinguished by its historic half-timbered buildings. Similarly, along the Main loop is Wertheim, featuring a large castle ruin and a picturesque old town.
