The beds are super hard and the pillows very thin. I woke up with extreme back and ribs pain, the apartment and location are great but they need invest in better sleep situation for their guests.

Buena opcion para visitar San Sebastian. La ubicacion y buen estado del apartamento. El water está pegado a la pared y es un poco incomodo. El ascensor estuvo parado más de 1 dia y tuvimos que subir las maletas 3 pisos a nuestra llegada. Pero al llamar para quejarnos en seguida lo solucionaron.

Apartment Sanse. The location Local and quiet neighborhood Nice apartment The staff Great service 2 rooms 2 bathrooms. The only thing I didnt like Was the bed and the pillows were not comfortable But apart from that Everything was great

Would look for something better next time. The location was great for walking to the Old Town, Zurriola Beach, or La Concha, or getting to grocery stores, coffee shops, or restaurants. The layout and floor plan of the apartment felt cramped for our family of four (parents and 2 teenagers) - very little floor space to lay out our small cases, cramped toilets in the bathrooms, tight kitchen and dining space. For the price, it was lacking in several ways compared to other 2 bedroom apartments we rented across Spain - the couch in the living was the MOST uncomfortable we',ve ever sat on (possibly because it',s a strangely designed pull-out couch that does not close out well - if it looks a little strange in the apartment photos, that',s because it IS strange with over-curved seat cushion, and a hard metal rod that hurts your back if you lean back, the kitchen barely had enough utensils, pots, and pans for us to cook some simple meals.Other gripes: instructions to collect the keys from the office were a little confusing, and the office is at a different location, the first day we ran out of hot water and it took a full 24 hours to get hot water again. We actually thought something had gone wrong as we had a thunder storm the evening the hot water suddenly stopped, but because it was the weekend we could not get someone to come out and check. So we then had to make sure all of us took quick showers for the rest of the vacation.
