The pet-friendly holiday apartment, provided with free Wi-Fi, welcomes guests with the living room equipped with a comfortable sofa bed for 2, dining table with chairs, TV, fully fitted kitchen with cooker hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, electric kettle, juicer, coffe machine and toaster.
The living room, through French doors, leads to the private covered patio equipped with dining table with chairs and to the private garden where to relax ands sunbath during the Lake summer!
The apartment, provided with air conditioning in the bedroom, continues with the master bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe.
The layout of this apartment is completed by the convenient storage room and and bathroom with shower, wash basin, bidet and WC.
Guests of the apartment can easily park 1 car in the private parking space located in the garage, and 1 further car in the shared parking area within the Residence "I Mosaici".
The pool is available from 15th May to 30th September.
A baby cot and a high chair can be installed upon request with a small extra cost.
