The apartment, located on the ground floor, opens onto the open plan living area featuring the living room with a sofa, a TV, a dining table, and the fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a juicer, a coffee machine and a toaster. The sleeping area boasts three bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and two with a French bed each. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
The highlight of the apartment is the large terrace furnished with sun loungers, where guests can admire the lake and the surrounding mountains.

Die Wohnung sieht genau so aus, wie auf den Bildern. Bis auf den Ausblick: Der ist so spektakulär, dass ihn Bilder nicht einfangen können. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Von Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine, diverse Frühstückszutaten, bis hin zu einem Willkommens-Körbchen mit Nudeln, Nudelsauce und einer Flasche Rotwein. Super für unseren ersten Abend. Die Vermieter Barbara und Carlo sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie wohnen in der Nachbarschaft und sind so gleich zur Stelle, wenn man sie mal braucht. Supermarkt ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Sehr ruhige Lage.
Die Straßen rund um den See und auch in Nesso sind teils sehr eng, für geübte Fahrer jedoch machbar (max. Breite für die Zufahrt zur Wohnung 2,20m). Der abgeschlossene Parkplatz ist ausreichend groß.

Barbara and her father Carlo are absolute gems and made our time in nesso so lovely! The place is spotless with stunning views and very thoughtful welcome basket. Barbara arranged a pickup from her father (Carlo) who helped us get into the house with the warmest welcome and biggest smile. 10/10, would highly recommend!
The apartment is amazing. A beautiful apartment, designed, comfortable, equipped with everything you can think of, with a spectacular view of the lake. perfect! And Barbara is an exemplary host. Friendly, available and very pleasant. Highly recommended!
Vietimme muutaman päivän loman perheen kanssa tässä kauniissa ja rauhallisessa ympäristössä. Asunto oli loistava. Kauniit maisemat, siistit ja tilavat huoneet. Majoittaja oli hyvin avulias ja ystävällinen.
Barbara and Carlo were very kind people. The house had everything we needed as a family. The balcony and the view of the house are magnificent. We plan to come back at the first opportunity.
Wir hatten ein wunderbares Wochenende in Nesso. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet (inkl. Frühstückszubehör und weiteren Goodies) und die Aussicht von der Terasse und zwei der drei Schlafzimmer (mit sehr bequemen Betten!) ist traumhaft. Barbara hats stets rasch auf Nachfragen reagiert und ihr Vater hat uns sogar von der Schiff abgeholt und uns alle Infos zur Wohnung und der Umgebung gegeben.
This is a very nice flat with an spectacular view over the lake and the mountains. The flat is big and sparkling clean and well-equipped. It has plenty of natural light in all the rooms. The amenities are complete to the last details. You have everything you need for a very pleasant stay. The hosts (Barbara and Carlo) are very friendly and helpful. The parking is very easy and comfortable.
Excellent accueil avec de nombreuses attentions qui ont facilité notre séjour. Vue magnifique sur le lac de Côme, appartement entièrement rénové et très propre, et surtout literie très confortable. Parking privé et gratuit, rue à sens unique résidentielle donc peu passante. Je recommande vivement.
nous venons passer une semaine merveilleuse au bord du lac de Come, l'emplacement est bien situé pour visiter les différents lacs.Le logement est très confortable et joliment décoré, tout est pensé, il ne manque rien. La vue sur le lac depuis la terrasse est époustouflante , on ne s'en lasse pas.Barbara est une hôte exceptionnelle, le logement est d'une propreté irréprochable, tout est aménagé pour passer un agréable séjour. Son panier garni de produits locaux à l'arrivée est très conséquent et appréciable. Elle est très réactive à toute demande et très serviable.c'est notre meilleure location parmis toutes les précédentes. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour.Un grand merci à Barbara !!!
We absolutely loved this cozy apartment. The million dollar view from the balcony was spectacular and the picture on the website does not do it justice. The thoughtful hosts placed a pair of high resolution binoculars on the table to help guests enjoy the scenery even better. The entire place was sparkling clean and tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. With 3 bedrooms in the apartment, our two kids had their own bedrooms which made them feel right at home.The hosts were very friendly, kind & responsive. They were quite patient in explaining how things (ferry, parking, etc.) work around Lake Como & went out of their way to help us whenever needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would highly recommend this lovely vacation home!
