Brand-new apartment with terrace, inside a residential complex with shared swimming pool in Desenzano del Garda.

The apartment, located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, welcomes guests with a spacious and bright living room that features a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and an open kitchen complete with dishwasher, oven, American coffee maker, kettle and microwave. A French door provides access to the terrace equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the first equipped with a queen-size bed and a private balcony, and the second with a queen-size bed, consisting of two single beds, which can be separated upon request. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
Guests will have air conditioning in all rooms, central heating for colder days, and free wi-fi.

Guests will benefit from a garage inside the property ( width 3.20 m - length 10 m - height 2.00 m).

*Condominium pools are open from May 1 to September 30, and only 2 loungers per apartment can be used in the pool area.

*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

*Guests will collect the keys at the Welcome Point in Località Rovere 2, Desenzano del Garda, 25015.

Desenzano del Garda is a lovely town overlooking the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.
In Desenzano it is possible to visit the ancient roman ruins of Villa Romana, the castle from the X century, walk along the romantic old harbor and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach: the lake shores offer four beaches where to relax and enjoy the sun and the landscape. Desenzano is the perfect destination for sport lovers that will be able to wind surf, mountain bike and sail.
In addition, this town is a great starting point to explore the southern part of Garda that offers stunning places, starting from the nearby Sirmonione, the most prestigious city of the lake, proceeding then to Salò, with the new promenade, Maderno and Gardone Riviera.

The apartment is located around 10 minutes by car from the Desenzano railway station and about 30 minutes from Verona airport.
