The approximately 60 m² apartment is located on the first floor of a 2-story historic building complex in the small district of San Maurizio, about 400 m from the lake and public swimming facilities. To reach the apartment, you go through an old stone arch into a kind of courtyard, and from there you take the stairs up to the first floor.

The beautiful view from the two balconies and the bedroom of the palms, the old roofs of the lower houses towards the lake gives the viewer the feeling of diving into earlier times. All in all, the best conditions to let go of everyday life and simply switch off! Directly from the house, you can explore the impressive surroundings on numerous walking and hiking trails. The many viewpoints always surprise with changing views of the exceptionally beautiful landscape and the lake. Cycling enthusiasts, on the other hand, can explore the area in their own way, and the bikes can be parked at the stairway to the apartment. The lakeshore of Ghiffa with pizzeria, bar, and pharmacy is about 1 km away. If you want to go for a stroll, the town of Intra with its idyllic old town, which you can reach by car in just under 10 minutes, is recommended. From here, you can also start many interesting excursions with both the car and passenger ferries.
