Apartment Lake Como: Villa Louisa Tivan στο Nesso, Lombardy

The Tivan apartment is located in a villa in the charming village of Nesso, in an ecological zone and pedestrian area by the shore of Lake Como.

The apartment is surrounded by a magical garden that is lovingly maintained. Here you will find Mediterranean flowers, plants, and fruits, including bananas, palms, figs, kiwis, pomegranates, grapes, lemons, persimmons, raspberries, oleander, lavender, and many other species, whose fruits you can harvest during your stay.

In the garden, there is a small waterfall that becomes active when it rains. Fresh mountain water then flows into a small stream to the lake. In and around the house, you will find peace, privacy, and much beauty. The lake is just a few steps down an old path.

The garden has several seating areas and tables, and there is an antique teahouse and a garden house with a magical view.

At the shore by the ancient Romanesque bridge, you can go swimming right away.
Exactly at this point, fresh mountain water from the famous waterfall flows into the lake.

The villa can be rented as a whole house for (up to) eight people.
By renting the whole villa, you have two floors and a 2000 m2 garden with breathtaking views.

Or you can rent one of the two apartments for 2 to 4 people.
Each apartment then has its own entrance, balcony, and private garden, that is, a part of the gardens of about 1250 m2, which is delimited.

Here in and around the house, you will find peace, privacy, and much beauty. The lake is just a few steps down an old path. In this listing, you will find all the information about the upper apartment Tivan.

The apartment has:
A private entrance
A dining room
A bathroom with shower (newly renovated)
A small kitchen (with gas hob, refrigerator, and dishwasher).
A living room with balcony (and possibly two single sofa beds)
A bedroom with a double bed ((and possibly two * single sofa beds)

For more than 2 people, there are additional sleeping places for the 3rd and/or 4th guest using two separate single sofa beds.
The sofa beds can be arranged in the living room or in the bedroom (as you prefer).

Pets are welcome, but by arrangement

Children from about 8 years old are welcome.
Why?
The large garden of Villa Louisa is also wonderful for children.
The terraces are fenced and there is a waterfall in the garden with several small bridges.
For younger children who are not aware of heights, we do not find the garden suitable due to the height differences between the garden terraces. Please judge for yourself....
