This ground-floor unit is an end-apartment, offering the convenience of its own private entrance. The entire space is bright, luxurious, and tastefully furnished, making it the perfect base for your Danish coast holiday. The apartment is thoughtfully laid out with four comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, both equipped with underfloor heating. For true relaxation, one of the bathrooms features a luxurious spa bath (jacuzzi), alongside a washing machine and tumble dryer for practical convenience. The luminous kitchen is fully equipped with essentials including a dishwasher and microwave. The elegant living room provides a stylish retreat with comfortable furniture and a flat-screen TV. Experience unparalleled access to local attractions; the beach, restaurants, and shopping are all within easy walking distance. As an added bonus, guests receive free entry to Danland Søndervig’s subtropical water park and activity basement (featuring billiards and table tennis). Please note: The water park is closed from January 2, 2024, until March 23, 2024. This property is best suited for a small dog but is not available for rent to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Gute Lage, Strand in 3 Minuten zu erreichen, Einkauf und Gastronomie fast vor der Haustür, Spielplätze vor und hinter dem Haus, Badeland und Spielkeller direkt am Haus!

Viel Platz, 2 Badezimmer, sauber, / / Ein Minuspunkt ist, dass es neben der Rezeption liegt und daher viel Verkehr und Aktivität herrschte, sodass es schwierig war, die Kleinen im Kinderwagen rauszubringen

Viel Platz, mit viele Schlafzimmer, Waschmaschine,,,Sehr gut geeignet für Familien mit 3+ Kinder wo es mal notwendig ist zwischendurch die schmutzige Kleider zu waschen,
dass der Wasserpark und die Wohnung nahe beieinander liegen. Die Inneneinrichtung war in Ordnung.
Nicht weit zum Strand, Spielkeller, Schwimmbad und Erdgeschoss
Alles war sehr neu und liebevoll dekoriert, Es war sehr sauber und geräumig, Handseife, Toilettenpapier, Gewürze und viele andere kleine Dinge waren für die ersten Tage vorhanden,

Wir waren 7 Personen, es war perfekt, da es in beiden Orten 4 Zimmer und 2 Toiletten und Duschen gibt

Große und schöne, neu renovierte Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz für 2 Familien. Viele Aktivitäten für die Kinder, insbesondere der Wasserpark war ein großer Erfolg.
