This first floor, without lift, has a quiet living-dining room where you can watch TV, read something or eat together. Next is the kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. For your rest there are 3 bedrooms, two with double bed and wardrobe and the third with two single beds. One of the first two bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. A second bathroom with shower serves the whole house. In the living room and in the 3 bedrooms there is air conditioning. A cot and a high chair are available.

The location is ideal for nature lovers and lovers of beautiful beaches and coves. Portocolom has one of them and it is also a very nice and cosy fishing village. There are a few restaurants nearby, although there are many other restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops about 3 km away in the centre of the village.

Swimming pool open all year round from 9:00 to 22:00. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice.
