Spacious and bright apartment suitable for families or a group of friends, outside the city chaos of Bologna in an area full of green spaces.

The apartment, on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator, opens onto a corridor that leads to the various rooms. First is the living area with a sitting room furnished with a double sofa bed, a wall unit with a TV and a dining table, and the separate kitchen with an additional table and equipped with all amenities including a dishwasher, an oven and an espresso coffee machine. The sleeping area then consists of two bedrooms, both with a queen-size bed and a large closet; one also boasts access to a balcony. A bathroom with bath tub completes the layout.

Wifi, washing machine and independent heating will be available in the accommodation.

The central train station is 6 km away from the apartment, while the airport can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.
