Two cozy bedrooms with wardrobes ensure a restful sleep and ample storage space. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet is also available – towels are, of course, included.

Our accommodation is located in Milders, a beautiful district 2 km behind Neustift and therefore even closer to the Stubai Glacier. The village center of Neustift is just a 3 - 4 minute drive away or a pleasant 30-minute walk (2.5 km). The capital city of Innsbruck is about 25 km away and can be easily reached by car or public transport.

Just 120 meters from the nearest SPAR market and the bus stop, our house is the ideal starting point for all activities. Directly located on the cross-country skiing trail and surrounded by toboggan runs and ski areas, you can fully enjoy the snowy mountain world in winter. In summer, you will find blooming alpine meadows, scenic hiking paths, and the new cycling route – here you can experience Tyrol in its most beautiful form.
