With an optional onsite parking area with direct access by elevator, the Palace I is a spacious three-bedroom apartment located on a first floor. It has a spacious living room with a designer dining area and an open concept kitchen with high-end appliances. The living room has air conditioning and faces a spacious balcony with an outdoor dining area for 4 guests.

There are three bedrooms in the apartment, two of them with two single beds each. The master bedroom comes with a double bed. The bedrooms in the apartment face a beautiful open courtyard that ensures a quiet and fresh atmosphere. There are two fully equipped bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite for the master bedroom. The first bathroom has a spacious shower while the second bathroom has a nice hot tube. Not to mention, the apartment also has a very nice heating and free high-speed Wi-Fi is available for the guests.

Palace 1 was located in a perfect spot to explore the city by foot- near the old town and Gros and the Conch beach. The beds were so comfortable and the area was very quiet so we had great sleeps! Good water pressure in the showers and very well kitted out. Thank you!

Super schön und modern! Super schöne und moderne Wohnung mit toller Einrichtung, super Lage und Sauberkeit. Dinge des täglichen Gebrauchs sollten ausreichend vorhanden sein, z.B. Toilettenpapier und Spülmaschinen Tabs. Außerdem haben Salz und Pfeffer, Spülmittel und Öl gefehlt.

AC only in living room a small split unit for the whole apartment which was not suficiente to cool the whole apartment. So is not accurate to say that the apartment have AC when it’s only covered the living room.To get the keys you have to go to another address, No representative to meet you and give you the keys neither to service your staying.

Wonderful apartment. Plenty of room and very close to all landmarks and the beach. We had a wonderful stay . You need a nespresso coffee machine and a hot water kettle. Also more tea towels and more toilet paper.

Very good location for our stay in San Sebastián! Really nice modern, comfortable and great location. Only a 10-15 minute walk to the old town and close to the beach. We enjoyed the coffee machine and how spacious the apartment felt for our group of 6. The rooms got a bit hot at night but sleeping with the windows open helped and it’s to be expected in summer.
