The apartment, located on the first floor of a building without elevator, offers a cozy and comfortable style. In the living-dining room you can watch TV-sat while you cool off with the air conditioning. The kitchen has everything you need to cook during your vacation and has a gas stove. To rest, the apartment has three bedrooms with a fan each: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the other two with twin beds. Another bathroom with a bathtub completes the apartment. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board as well as a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby.
Pets are not allowed.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
