Apartment Terrazza dei colori alla Kalsa στο Palermo, Sicily

Beautiful apartment located on the top floor (without elevator) in the picturesque district of Kalsa, a stone's throw from the botanical garden and Piazza Kalsa.

From the entrance door you enter the large and super-equipped kitchen, which also features a snack counter and a dishwasher. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a sliding door.
In the living room, furnished in bright colors, you will find a sofa bed, TV and table; from the kitchen, two steps lead to the bedroom on the right, furnished with a French bed, wardrobe and TV. On the left is the bathroom with shower. A wall closet located between the bathroom and the bedroom hides the washing machine. From the kitchen, a spiral staircase leads up to the terrace, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of Piazza Kalsa and from which you can also see the sea on one side and the church of Spasimo on the other. The terrace is equipped for your relaxation: here you will find tables and chairs as well as an outdoor kitchen with induction hob.

Our apartment is less than 15 minutes walking distance from the main railway station, also bus stop for the airport shuttle.
