Our apartments are lovingly furnished and each has 2 bedrooms, a large living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet, as well as a terrace. Sun loungers are available for you. The apartments are equipped with a television, radio, and internet. In the bathroom, you will find a bathtub plus a separate shower, washing machine, and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove with ceramic cooktop and oven, microwave, water and egg cooker, toaster, refrigerator with freezing option, and fully automatic coffee machine, as well as coffee, tea, dishes, cutlery, cooking pots, glasses, dish towels, and cleaning supplies.
In the basement, a dryer is available free of charge, where you can store your sports equipment for the duration of your stay, and there is a parking space directly in front of the house.

Bedding and towels are provided and included in the price.

At our House Sunnseit'n, you also do not pay for final cleaning.

A five minute walk takes you to the centre of the village of Telfes where there is a grocery store, farm shop with home grown products, a sports shop with ski hire, a local pub and a regular bus and train service.
Telfes is a central starting point for an active mountain holiday in the Stubaier Alps. In the winter there is a free shuttle service to the ski resorts Schlick 2000 and the Stubaier Glacier. Stubaital offers a wide variety of sports, areas for relaxation, romantic mountain lodges, summer sledging, an adventure park, waterfall walks and much more. The waterpark “Stubay” in only 10 minutes away and provides fun and relaxation for all the family.
Innsbruck, the capital of Tyrol, with its many sights and tourist attractions can be reached in 20 minutes by car and is also easily accessible by bus or with the nostalgic Stubaitalbahn.
Our modernly built house has a choice of comfortable and lovingly decorated apartments with a private patio or balcony. The spacious living area is open plan with sitting, kitchen and dining areas. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and separate shower, washing machine and hairdryer. All apartments have TV, radio and internet.
The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer, a fully automatic coffee maker as well as cooking utensils.
Towels and bedding are provided at no extra charge.
There is a tumble dryer in the basement and plenty of space to store sports equipment during your stay.
Parking spaces are provided.
Families with young children can have the use of a cot, high chair and changing mat.
Fresh bread can be ordered and delivered on request.
