Spacious apartment with large furnished terrace and entrance from the famous “Mercato del Capo”.

This apartment, located on the second floor, comes with furniture and colours that mirror the folkloristic soul of this city area.
The living area has a comfortable sofa, a TV, a table with chairs and a very cosy mezzanine floor with a relaxing area and a workstation. The kitchen is independent and well-equipped, fitted also with a microwave and a washing machine.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms with queen size beds, one of which with an extra single bed and another one with an extra bunk bed. Two bathrooms complete the accommodation, one of which is ensuite.
Outdoors it boasts a wonderful terrace, large and furnished, perfect for enjoying meals in the open air.
At guests’ disposal there are also comforts such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.

Porta Carini is the main entrance to Mercato del Capo, which takes place in the ancient Schiavoni arabic neighbourhood. The long road from Porta Carini to Corso Vittorio Emanuele is dotted with market stalls, shops and workshops, where colours, tastes and smells will fascinate you. The flat is just a few minutes away from the main tourist attractions, in addition to shops and restaurants. Only 3 minutes walking distance there is Teatro Massimo while with a 10-minutes walk you can reach Quattro Canti, the Cathedral and the UNESCO heritage of the Arab-Norman path.

Only one minute away there is Volturno-Capo bus stop, where you can take buses to the main train station. Many other buses can be found in the nearby streets, such as Via Roma, 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment. The airport of Palermo Falcone-Borsellino is 30 kms away.
