This luxurious 1 bedroom 80 m2 apartment is part of the Nautical Center Scheveningen located at the second inner harbor of Europe's largest and fashionable bathing resort of Scheveningen. Only 15 minutes away from the vibrant city center of The Hague with hotspots like Madurodam, the Louwman Car Museum and an impressive variety of shops and restaurants. Apartment no. 48a has a balcony on the harbor side offering a fantastic view on the exclusive seaworthy yachts. It includes private parking from where you can take an elevator to the apartment entrance. The apartment itself has been beautifully designed and furnished to the highest standard. It offers essentials such as high speed internet, a large SMART TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet and laundry facilities consisting of a washing machine and dryer. The bedroom comes with a flatscreen TV and a double boxspring bed from where you have a great view on the boats going in and out the harbor. Two comfortable bed sofa's in the living room complete the the sleeping capacity of this apartment up to four guests, making this apartment a very cost effective choice for families and groups. Within walking distance from the apartment you find South beach, some of the best restaurants, a supermarket and the 'world famous' local fish shop Simonis, known for the best fresh fish in town. Holland's most famous seaside resort Scheveningen has an abundance of attractions and beach pavilions. So take a stroll along the boulevard to the famous pier with its new ferris wheel and put on your dancing shoes after sunset to enjoy the best of The Hague's nightlife. Beach life and city life go together in The Hague which explains why so many people come back to this wonderful apartment every year again!

Der Wohnbereich war geräumig und einladend, Es war ein wunderbarer Ort für unsere Familie, um zusammenzukommen,
Das Zimmer entsprach nicht der Beschreibung, mein Apartment hatte nur 1 Schlafzimmer und nicht wie angekündigt und gebucht zwei Schlafzimmer. Ich musste bei der Ankunft extra bezahlen, um das von mir gebuchte Zimmer zu bekommen, aber niemand konnte eine Lösung finden, da Belvilla nicht Eigentümer der Immobilie ist und der örtliche Makler keine Aufzeichnungen über die Buchungsdetails hat. Der Kundenservice hat keine Lösung gefunden und auch 10 Wochen später haben sie den Eintrag nicht aktualisiert, keine Entschuldigung, Lösung, Rückerstattung oder gar eine Antwort angeboten!
Die Wohnung war perfekt für unseren Wochenendtrip, Groß genug für unsere Gruppe, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die wir benötigten, Die Lage war ideal für Strand- und Stadtaktivitäten, Ich empfehle dringend, das nahegelegene Photomuseum zu erkunden!
Zimmer nicht wie beschrieben, mein Apartment hatte nur 1 Schlafzimmer und nicht 2 Schlafzimmer wie angegeben und gebucht. Ich musste bei der Ankunft extra zahlen, um das Zimmer zu bekommen, das ich gebucht hatte, niemand konnte das Problem lösen, da Belvilla nicht Eigentümer der Immobilie ist und der lokale Agent keine Aufzeichnungen über die Buchungsdetails hat. Der Kundenservice hat das Problem nicht gelöst und auch 10 Wochen später haben sie die Auflistung nicht aktualisiert, keine Entschuldigung, Lösung, Rückerstattung oder auch nur eine Antwort angeboten!
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dieser modernen Wohnung, Sie war sauber und komfortabel, und der private Parkplatz war eine großartige Bequemlichkeit, Die nahegelegenen Attraktionen wie Madurodam kamen bei den Kindern gut an!
Ein perfekter Kurzurlaub! Die Lage ist ideal, nur einen Steinwurf vom Zuiderstrand entfernt, Die Küche war gut ausgestattet für unsere Familienessen, und zwei Badezimmer machten die Morgen einfach, Sehr zu empfehlen!
Dieser Ort fühlte sich wie ein Zuhause fern von Zuhause an, Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und reagierten schnell, um sicherzustellen, dass wir alles hatten, was wir brauchten, Der Blick auf den Hafen vom Schlafzimmer war bezaubernd, und der Balkon war perfekt für den Morgenkaffee, Würde auf jeden Fall zurückkehren!
