This beautiful, spacious apartment for a maximum of 7 people is located in a holiday home in St. Stefan im Gailtal, in Carinthia, centrally located in the Carinthian mountains between the Nassfeld ski area and Lake Pressegger.

The apartment offers a very large living room with a dining table and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with a single bed) and a bathroom. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the mountains and the Gailtal. You can share the garden belonging to the holiday home with other guests. There is space for 2 cars right in front of the door. In the holiday home there is a storage room for your skis and ski boots.

The Nassfeld ski area in the Sun Ski World offers 110 kilometers of slopes and is the perfect ski resort for everyone, from beginners to professionals. The proximity to Italy makes this ski area in Carinthia a hot tip for everyone who wants to enjoy the Italian lifestyle, and not just on their summer vacation. Also in the immediate vicinity is the hiking paradise and ski area Dreiländereck with 17 kilometers of slopes and 7 lifts. Both ski areas can be easily reached by car.

There is a lot to experience in this wonderful area in the sunny south of Austria. Lake Pressegger is about 10 km away. There are many hiking trails and cycling tours as well as a number of sights. In summer, the Vorderberg natural swimming pool offers lots of bathing fun!

Directly in St. Stefan im Gailtal or in Hermagor there are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Das Gesamterlebnis war großartig. Die Wohnung ist groß und bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht, die Küche war sauber und alle grundlegenden Geräte und Geschirr waren vorhanden. Auch Grundzutaten wie Zucker, Gewürze oder Tee waren vorhanden. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß mit schönen Sofas und einem Smart-TV. Die Zimmer sind schön, allerdings gibt es einen kleinen Spalt zwischen der Decke und den Wänden, sodass der Lärm aus dem Wohnzimmer störend wirken kann. Das Badezimmer war sauber, aber es gibt weder eine Belüftung noch ein Fenster, was schade ist, wenn man das Badezimmer lüften möchte. Leider hatten wir Probleme mit dem Warmwasser und es hat 3 Tage gedauert, das Problem zu beheben, deshalb muss ich eine niedrigere Bewertung abgeben.
