This beautiful and, above all, luxurious premium chalet for a maximum of 10 people is located in the popular Mühlbach am Hochkönig in Salzburgerland, a short distance from the center and the lifts of the Hochkönig ski area, and with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.
The chalet consists of two semi-detached houses, of which you live alone in the left half of the house. Due to the large area spread over three floors, it is an ideal holiday home for friends or families. On the ground floor there is the living room with an open kitchen. From here you have direct access to the large terrace with the garden. Here you will also find the first bedroom with bathroom. On the first floor there are three large bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. There is a second bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms. In addition, this chalet has a relaxation/rest area with sauna as well as ski storage, washing machine and dryer and sufficient parking space.
Mühlbach is an attractive destination not only in winter, but at any time of the year. Many opportunities for mountain bikers, hikers, paragliders, horse riders and of course those seeking peace and quiet can be found in the immediate vicinity. Winter needs no further explanation. The large, modern ski area Ski Amade Hochkönig between Dienten, Maria Alm and Mühlbach with 120 kilometers of slopes and 34 lifts is located in the immediate vicinity of the chalet.
In summer, the Mühlbach outdoor pool offers lots of swimming fun! There are plenty of shops for your daily needs right in town as well as a good selection of restaurants. You can reach the state capital Salzburg in about 1.5 hours by car.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und wirklich luxuriös. Allerdings könnte die Küchenausstattung verbessert werden, zum Beispiel wären scharfe Messer toll und neue Pfannen wären auch toll

Schöner Ort für Ausflüge. Haus ist in Ordnung! Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass man an einer Hauptstraße sitzt und zuschaut.

Es ist ein fantastisches Haus, vier schöne Schlafzimmer, gute Betten, ein Skiraum, der sowohl von außen als auch von innen zugänglich ist, und eine Sauna. Wenn Sie vom Skifahren zurückkommen, ist es schön, hier alle Ihre Sachen unterbringen zu können. Die Skibushaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Haustür, was es ideal macht, wenn Sie in Hochkeil Skifahren möchten. Wir hatten dort eine wunderschöne Woche mit unserer Familie und ich kann dieses Haus jedem empfehlen!!!

Ist ein fantastisches Haus, vier schöne Schlafzimmer, gute Betten, Skiraum, der sowohl von außen als auch von innen zugänglich ist und Saunaraum. Wenn Sie vom Skifahren zurückkommen, ist es schön, all Ihre Sachen hier aufbewahren zu können. Die Bushaltestelle des Skibusses liegt wirklich vor der Haustür, was es ideal macht, wenn Sie in Hochkeil Skifahren möchten. Wir hatten dort eine wundervolle Woche mit unserer Familie und ich kann dieses Haus auch jedem empfehlen !!!
Diese Hütte übertraf unsere Erwartungen! Der geräumige Wohnbereich war perfekt für unsere Familientreffen, und die Sauna war das i-Tüpfelchen nach einem langen Tag auf den Skiern, Die Aussicht auf die Berge von der Terrasse war einfach atemberaubend
Unser Aufenthalt war herrlich, Die Hütte hatte eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre, und der Gastgeber war unglaublich hilfsbereit, Es ist ein kurzer Spaziergang ins Stadtzentrum, wo wir einige großartige Restaurants fanden
