Cancellation policy according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code
There is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Italian Consumer Protection Code.
However, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:
If a deposit has been paid (for bookings made well in advance), it will be retained in any case.
Cancellations made after this period up to 30 days before the start of the trip will be charged at 50% of the total travel price.
For cancellations from 29 days before arrival, 90% of the total travel price will be charged.
In case of early departure, the full apartment price will be charged.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Ein außergewöhnliches Ferienhaus,
Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind für alle Fragen ansprechbar. Durch das herzliche Willkommen (im Haus standen Weintrauben, Kuchen, Johannisbeersaft, Honig und ein Badezusatz als Willkommensgruß bereit) der Gastgeber konnte der Urlaub sofort beginnen.
Die Hauptstraße durch das Passeiertal führt zwar nicht direkt am Haus vorbei, die Motorräder sind jedoch deutlich zu hören (die Autos hingegen überhaupt nicht). Uns hat es aber nichts ausgemacht. Gerne wieder!
Ski-und Freizeiturlaub
Das Haus bietet für kleinere Kinder viel Bewegungsfreiraum. Auch stehen Kinderbücher, Lego und Brettspiele bereit.
Das kleine Skigebiet Pfelders eignet sich gut für Familien mit kleineren Kindern, die das Skifahren erlernen wollen. Der Urlaub hat uns sehr gefallen und kommen gerne wieder.
Traumurlaub im Passeiertal
Das Haus ist toller Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. Es gibt viele schöne Almen zu erwandern oder mit eBike erreichbar. Man ist schnell in St. Leonard oder in 20 min. Meran. Auch die Weinstrasse ist nicht weit. Das Haus liegt dabei ca. 150m oberhalb der Bundestrasse, es ist also tagsüber auf der Terrasse der Verkehr ein wenig zu hören. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört, Nachts ist es sehr ruhig.
Die Gastgeber wohnen neben an und sind bei Fragen immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn man sie braucht. Ansonsten ist man für sich und genießt auch auf der der schönen Terrasse des Hauses komplette Privatsphäre.
