The newly furnished chalet in Zeeland style is suitable for 4 people and is cozy and comfortably equipped. The chalet consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with patio doors to the terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, washbasin cabinet, and toilet. You will certainly feel at home.
In the large garden, there is a beautiful lounge bench with a parasol and a dining table with 4 high-back chairs. The holiday home has its own parking space.

4-Cancellation
4.1.The main tenant is entitled to cancel a booking in writing, without costs, no later than 8 days after signing the agreement, unless the stay in the chalet takes place within one month after signing.
4.2.After the deadline mentioned in 4.1, the tenant is only entitled to cancel in writing subject to the following cancellation fees: a) if canceled 6 weeks before the day of arrival: 30% of the rental price b) if canceled less than 6 weeks before the day of arrival: the full rental price, thus 100%
4.3.Cancellation of the booking by the (main) tenant also counts as cancellation for all (additional) tenants
4.4.A cancellation dated on a Saturday or Sunday or on a public holiday recognized in the Netherlands is considered as a cancellation from the following working day
4.5.The cancellation of the agreement (as described in 4.1 to 4.4) must be carried out by email with acknowledgment of receipt or by registered mail.
4.6.Olmenchalets does not offer cancellation insurance. Olmenchalets points out that there is the possibility to take out cancellation insurance with an external provider.
