It is located 2 m from the "Búger" bus station, 2 km from the "Búger" train station, 2 km from the town "Búger", 9 km from the "Sa Pobla" supermarket, 19 km from the "Hidropark Alcúdia" water park, 24 km from the "Can Picafort" sandy beach, 24 km from the "Alcanada" rocky beach, 24 km from the "Alcanada Golf" golf course and is located in an ideal family and rural area.
It has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, 100 m² terrace, barbecue, fireplace, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, children's area, private pool, outdoor parking, 1 Television, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German).
The American kitchen, electric, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
