The country house holiday home Moulin de Souchieres has air conditioning in the living room and in all bedrooms, and is situated on 6000 m² of grounds, including 1000 m² of enclosed garden in front of the house and 4000 m² of lawn around the heated, fenced swimming pool and boules court.

The house has 5 master bedrooms with air conditioning with 5 bathrooms (4 family rooms and 1 double room) and can accommodate a maximum of 10 adults (5 couples) and 5 children.

Family room 1 : bedroom with air conditioning with four-poster double bed (140 cm wide), children's bedroom with air conditioning with loft bed for 2 children and bathroom with bath, 2 washbasins, WC.
Double bedroom 2 : air-conditioned with double bed 160 cm wide (or 2 single beds 90 x 200) and private bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC.
Family room 3 : bedroom with air conditioning with double bed (160 cm wide), small adjoining (separated from the master bedroom by a door) children's bedroom with 2 beds for 2 children (2 x 80 cm x 180 cm) and bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC. Access to the bathroom is through the children's bedroom.
Family room 4 : Bedroom with air conditioning with double bed 160 cm wide (or 2 single beds 90 x 190), small adjoining (separated from the master bedroom by a door) children's bedroom with pull-out bed for 2 children, bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC. Heated enclosed pool : 13 m x 5 m swimming pool with pool house, shower, WC, gazebo, 10 sun loungers. Fully enclosed to modern standards. The pool is heated (heat pump) from early April to early November.

The owners, Anna and Philippe Bourdon live in an independent house on the property. The garden and swimming pool are completely private for the tenants of the holiday home.
