This is a first-floor apartment without a balcony and lift. To reach it, you have to climb 14 steps, due to which it is not suitable for people with less mobility. A garden with an outdoor table in common area with other families invites you to savour afternoon tea. There is a table tennis table to keep adults busy, while kids have play equipment at their disposal. A children's bed is provided while air conditioning is not available. it is possible that it might be hot at night as well due to the location.
