The exteriors of this beautiful country house are ideal to rest during your holidays. The private pool is chlorinated and measures 5 x 10 meters while the depth ranges from 1 to 2 meters. After cooling off, you can bask in the island sun on the sunlongers and the porch next to the house is perfect to enjoy a succulent barbecue. The privacy is total in the property.

The interior of the one-story house is traditional and cosy. You can watch satellite TV at the living room and next to it you will find the kitchen equipped with a gas stove. The dining room is independent, with capacity for 4 people. There are two bedrooms to rest in the house, the first one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and the second with twin beds that will only be open for extra guests. There is another bathroom with a bathtub for the rest of the house. The equipment is completed by a washing machine, iron and ironing board, cot and high chair for your baby and central heating throughout the house. On the other hand, the owner invites you to visit his private museum of vintage cars where you will be able to admire an extensive sample of motor history.

The excellent outside area invites you into a world of peace and tranquility. The terrace, the pool and the 750 m2 of grass are perfectly taken care of. The barbeque can be placed in any of the outside corners where you prefer to enjoy preparing an afternoon supper. If you bring your small pet (less than 10 kg) you will surely enjoy playing together on the land.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.

Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
