Pool and garden: The approximately 5 x 10 m pool with a small cascade, based on salt cleaning, offers enough space for swimming and frolicking. This year, a Jacuzzi/whirlpool is also available again. The property covers about 14,000 sqm, most of which is lovingly landscaped, simply an idyllic, secluded oasis. For the little guests, there is also a swing.
Amenities: The 4 bedrooms are all generously designed and have large spacious wardrobes. In addition, there is an extra dressing room with ironing board and iron.
The house offers oil central heating for your comfort during the colder season. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the planned arrival date (the date of payment receipt by us is decisive). If this does not occur, we are entitled to cancel your booking and rent the house to someone else. You have the right to cancel at any time before the start of the trip. The level of cancellation fees incurred is determined by the receipt of your cancellation notice by us. The following cancellation fees apply:
- for a cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental period, 20% of the rental sum.
- for a cancellation from 59 days to 29 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the rental sum,
- for a cancellation from 28 days to 15 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental sum, and
- for cancellations declared later and for non-utilization of the contractually agreed services, the entire rental sum = 100%.

Here in the southeast of the island, you will find the most and the most beautiful swimming coves on the island, ideal for beach lovers, families, nature enthusiasts, and water sports fans. In addition, the surrounding area offers many excursion possibilities, such as markets, ports, monasteries, churches, caves, etc. Santanyi itself offers a beautiful weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, a church worth seeing with its restored organ, various restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors, etc. Santanyi can be reached in 7 minutes by car.
