Up to 6 people can sleep in 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, offering an unobstructed view of the Kitzbühel Alps. In addition, 2 people can sleep on the sofa bed. There's a pine wood sauna, bathtub, and shower in 2 bathrooms.

Cancellation and Early Departure
If the start of the trip is not possible due to Corona (travel destination or place of residence is a risk area, more than 50% of guests have to quarantine, or are ill with COVID-19), no cancellation fees will apply!
1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following pro-rated rents (excluding final cleaning) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-renting is not possible:
Cancellation -up to 49 days before rental start: 10% of the rental price
-up to 35 days before rental start: 30% of the rental price
-up to 21 days before rental start: 60% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before rental start: 90% of the rental price

Wir freuen uns sehr, dass Sie eine sehr schöne Zeit bei uns verbringen konnten.

Familienurlaub
Jede Frage wurde sofort beantwortet.
Einzige Manko war die Urlaubszeit.
Leider war kaum ein Restaurant oder Bäcker offen.
Alle waren in Betriebsferien.
Sonst ist es traumhaft schön, wenn die Saison ist.
Super Ferienwohnung mit sauna
Für 8 personen auch ausreichent platz auser das zwei Personen auf einer Schlafbank schlafen im Wohnzimmer welche etwas weniger comfortabel ist wie die Betten.
Die lage zum Dorf seht gut nur zur Panoramabahn zu fuss etwas weiter, 1,2 km und das ist auf schischuhen zu weit. Obwohl auch eine Loipe gleich nebenbei.
Das Tal ist schön aber auch transitstrasse Ost West obwohl die Strasse nicht laut aber doch hörbar ist.

vielen Dank für Ihre sehr gute Bewertung. Es freut mich sehr, dass Sie bei uns einen schönen und erholsamen Winterurlaub erlebt haben. Für die 1,2 Kilometer zur Panoramabahn hätten Sie den kostenlosen Skibus nehmen können , der in ca. 150 Meter Entfernung von der Alpin Residenz 5 mal vormittags in 30 Minuten Abstand fährt. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn Sie uns auch in Zukunft mal wieder besuchen würden. Beste Grüße Franz Pletz

Der Badesee ist sehr schön, ideal für Kinder.
Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass der Mieter keine Touristik-Card.anbietet.
Trotzdem sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter und zum ansässigen Hauswart.Wir kommen gerne wieder
