The landlord will try to find a replacement tenant for the booked period. The costs associated with the search are borne by the cancelling tenant; a minimum cancellation fee equal to one night is due, even if a replacement tenant is found.
If no new tenant can be found, the cancellation fee will be subject to the following:
- up to 60 days before arrival: 25% of the invoice amount
- up to 45 days before arrival: 50% of the invoice amount
- up to 30 days before arrival: 75% of the invoice amount
- less than 29 days before arrival: 90% of the invoice amount

Die Vermieter sind super nett und freundlich, haben uns gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder und würden es jedem empfehlen, dort ihren Urlaub zu verbringen.
Sehr empfehlenswert
Gefreut haben wir uns auch über die nette Geste von der selbst gemachten Mirabellen Marmelade als Begrüßung. Eine sehr gepflegte und gemütliche Wohnung Nr. 1 hat uns erwartet. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Für Allergiker bestens geeignet! Toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Der Fußweg von 10 Minuten ins Zentrum ist genial. Wir kommen gerne wieder zu so tollen und lieben Vermieter.
