You will be greeted by a spacious holiday apartment with a partially covered terrace offering a beautiful lake view, and an approximately 1000 m² fenced garden on a slope with a panoramic pool (9 x 4 m, open from 14.05 to 30.09.), which may be shared with the owner's family.
The holiday apartment is attractively furnished and particularly suitable for couples and families. It is divided into an open kitchen, a generous living room with direct access to the terrace and sunbathing/play lawn, a bright bedroom, and a children's or second room with a basement window.

Arriving by car from the north:
• Highway via Gotthard or San Bernardino to the exit "Bellinzona-Sud", then take N13 towards Locarno / Lago Maggiore
• Drive along the eastern shore road of Lago Maggiore, crossing the border at Zenna and through Luino to Porto Valtravaglia
• After entering the town, the road makes a slight right turn
• After the right turn, take the first cross street on the left into Via Roma (one-way street, directly opposite the supermarket)
• The tobacco shop (Bar-Ricevitoria) is located after about 70m on the right side at the first shops

Perfekter Urlaub mit Traumausblick und tollem Pool - Empfehlenswert
Grundstück: sehr ruhig, 2 überdachte Parkplätze, Anfahrt mit großem Auto problemlos möglich
Fewo: geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet
Küche: viel Geschirr, Geschirrtücher, Gewürze, Alufolie. Für den Gasherd sind funktionierende Feuerzeuge empfehlenswert.
Bad: modern, große Dusche
Schlafzimmer: viel Stauraum. Doppelbett besteht aus zwei Einzelbetten. Betten werden selbst überzogen. Bettwäsche kann geliehen werden.
Kinderzimmer: Könnte man eventuell etwas gemütlicher gestalten.
Garten: sehr privat, kaum einsichtig, Essbereich jederzeit angenehm schattig, Tischtennisplatte, Grill, 4 Liegen, Tisch, 7 Stühle, Wäscheständer

Ansonsten ist noch zu erwähnen, dass der Ausblick ist sensationell ist.
Der Verwalter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das einzigste, was etwas gestört hat, war der Stromausfall hin und wieder.
Aber das liegt wohl an der Gegend und hat weniger mit dem Haus zu tun.
Das Haus können wir nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Eine echte Traumferienwohnung
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und besonders die Kinder waren begeistert vom Pool.
Das hintere Zimmer ist tatsächlich nicht ganz so einladend, aber kühl und die Kinder waren nur zum Schlafen drin und damit war alles bestens.
Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag meinerseits, die Elektrogeräte in der Küche sind alle nicht passend zu den Steckdosen, man muss jedes Mal den Adapter benutzen, von dem es aber nur 1 in der Küche gab, hier könnte man einfach in jede Steckdose einen Adapter stecken und es wäre gleich viel angenehmer.

Schöner Urlaub über dem See
Vielen Dank für die Rückmeldung. Wir sind natürlich stets bemüht, uns zu verbessern und nehmen Verbesserungsvorschläge gerne an. Die fehlende Küchenleiste konnten wir bereits montieren.
Um falschen Erwartungen entgegenzutreten, zeigen wir auf unseren Fotos immer offen unsere Einrichtung. Zu kleinen Neuerungen kann es kommen. Bei grösseren Neuerungen werden die Fotos ersetzt. Das Doppelbett im Hauptzimmer wurde bewusst zusammen gebunden. Dieses kann, wenn Gäste getrennte Betten wünschen, auseinander genommen werden.
Das Internet hat eine Geschwindigkeit von ca. 10 Mbps. Ein Film oder News können ohne Probleme gestreamt werden. Schwieriger wird es, wenn mehrere Personen Filme zur gleichen Zeit schauen möchten. Die Internetgeschwindigkeit wurde in unserem Beschreib neu ergänzt.
