The booking becomes binding upon receipt of the full rent in the landlord's account. The tenant must pay a deposit of 30% of the total rent within 14 days of signing the lease agreement. The remaining balance must be paid up to 14 days before the start of the lease agreement (see payment schedule on the invoice).
The timeliness of the payment is determined by the receipt or credit to the account specified in the lease agreement. The landlord is entitled to withdraw from the lease agreement in the event of untimely payment. The landlord is then further entitled to claim compensation as follows.
Withdrawal 30 to 10 days before arrival day: 50% of the total rent
Withdrawal 9 days to arrival day: 60% of the total rent
The same applies for cancellations by the tenant.
The landlord expressly recommends taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Toller Urlaub am Gardasee
Obwohl wir am Anreisetag sehr verspätet ankamen, wurden wir von der Verwalterin sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll in der FW empfangen. Die FW war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Gleiche gilt auch für das Grundstück. Dieses ist rundum eingezäunt. Dadurch für unseren Vierbeiner das ideale Areal. Es hat im Innen- wie auch im Außenbereich an nichts gefehlt. Von der Wohnung hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den See. Der Bäcker und zahlreiche Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Supermärkte sind in max. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar! Sollten wir uns wieder mal für den den Gardasee als Urlaubsziel entscheiden ist die Casa Ancora 2 bestimmt unsere Location!
