• "No Show" or termination of the rental during the agreed rental period: 100% of the net rental price

Schmuddelig und muffig
Dennoch haben wir uns nicht wohlgefühlt: Die Wohnung war definitiv nicht komplett geputzt (Ablageflächen wie Theke oder Tisch, Boden) und einige Gegenstände (Kaffeemaschine, Stereoanlage) waren verstaubt und klebrig. Zudem muffelt es im hinten gelegenen Schlafzimmer modrig. Sofa, die beiden Sessel und die Sitzkissen für die Balkonstühle haben Flecken und sind sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen - die gehören wirklich mal ausgetauscht. Ebenso die uralte Stereoanlage, deren CD-Player hängt. Insgesamt ist der Wohnung anzusehen, dass sich niemand richtig kümmert.
Fazit: Wir kommen sicher nicht wieder.
Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie sich in unserer Ferienwohnung nicht wohlfühlen konnten. Wir gehen dem Problem nach, dass Sie die Wohnung ungenügend gereinigt vorgefunden haben. Sehr hilfreich ist es, wenn Gäste bei möglichen Problemen sich direkt an unsere Ansprechperson vor Ort wenden, die immer erreichbar und sehr bemüht ist. Die Sessel und Stereoanlage werden im Herbst ausgetauscht, ein früherer Zeitpunkt war bisher leider nicht möglich. Das Schlafzimmer hatte einen Wasserschaden erlitten, der vom Haus behoben wurde, sodass die Folgen ebenso zeitnah beseitigt werden. Es liegt uns am Herzen, dass sich unsere Gäste wohlfühlen.
