Newly renovated house with soundproof windows, tasteful and high-quality furnishings. Spacious 7-room apartment with ample space. 5 double bedrooms, all with washbasins, three of them with en-suite shower/WC. A fully equipped eat-in kitchen with 10 dining seats and a very large freezer-fridge combination. A cozy and snug TV room.
Free ski bus stops right outside the house, a 3-minute ride to the Versettla valley station.
The cross-country ski trail and the winter hiking path run directly behind the house. The Tafamuntbahn, Vermuntbahn to the Bielerhöhe, and the climbing garden are just a few minutes' walk away. Ample parking is available directly in front of the house. The approach is always possible without difficulties and even without snow chains. Free internet, ski room with ski boot heating available.
In summer, there is the option to book the house for 4 people.

Cancellation Fees

accommodation contract can be terminated without a cancellation fee by unilateral
declaration by the contracting party.
Outside the period specified in § 5.5., withdrawal by unilateral
declaration of the contracting party is only possible upon payment of the following cancellation fees:
- up to 1 month before the arrival day 40% of the total arrangement price;
- up to 1 week before the arrival day 70% of the total arrangement price;
- in the last week before the arrival day 90% of the total arrangement price.

Es ist ein tolles Haus uns hat es an nichts gefehlt !
Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Es war alles sehr sauber und die Küche war mit allem was man sich vorstellen kann ausgestattet!
Auch Gewürze , Töpfe und Pfannen waren für die Größe der Wohnung perfekt !
Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant im Hotel gegenüber , sehr gute Küche und tolles Personal !
Die Umgebung und das Skigebiet sind spitze !

Tolle Ferienwohnug in imposanter Lage
Die Ausstattung, vor allem in der Küche, war hochwertig (z.B. zwei Kühlschränke und ein größeres Gefrierfach). Wir haben jeden Tag selbst gekocht und es war alles da was man brauchte. Auf der großen Terasse mit Tisch und Bestuhlung für alle, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme, Grill haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die FeWo ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Klettersteigen.
Empfehlung von uns allen: Jederzeit wieder zu Waltraud.
