The ground-level apartment is approximately 90m² in size and features an open living space with a kitchen (dishwasher, oven, gas stove), a dining table in front of the large panoramic window, and a cozy seating area in front of the open fireplace, leading to the large balcony. It includes satellite TV and Internet Wi-Fi.
One bedroom with a double bed comes with an en suite bathroom, and two bedrooms with a double bed each have their own balcony.
Both bathrooms with showers have windows.
The communal pool, measuring 3.30x5.60, is located on the lower level of the house (owner's level) along with the garden.
