Here you can make yourself comfortable to watch TV or listen to music via the Internet radio USB. Of course, you can use the WiFi free of charge. Guests who would like to prepare their own meals will appreciate the fully equipped fitted kitchen. You can eat your prepared meals at the dining counter or, when the outside temperature is warmer, on the seasonally furnished roof terrace. Ideally, the apartment has two separate bedrooms, 1x with a double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is equipped with a wide bed 140cm x 200cm and a wardrobe.
Your holiday day begins in a modern bathroom with a floor-level shower, washbasin, towel heater and toilet. For a fee, you can use the washing machine and dryer in the building.

Notices of withdrawal from an existing rental agreement must always be made in writing (by email or post).
If you withdraw from the rental agreement, we will endeavour to re-let the period. Please note that in all cases we charge a one-off processing fee of €49.00 per cancellation. If it is not possible to re-let the period or part of it, the following compensation payment will be due in addition to the one-off processing fee, depending on the loss of rental income:
up to 61 days before the start of the rental period 0% of the total rental price (minus all non-incurred costs, such as final cleaning, laundry package, overnight tax)
from the 60th to the 31st day before the start of the rental period 50% of the total rental price (minus all non-incurred costs, such as final cleaning, laundry package, overnight tax)
from the 30th to the 7th day before the start of the rental period 80% of the total rental price (minus all non-incurred costs, such as final cleaning, laundry package, overnight tax)
from 6 days before the start of the trip, in the event of a no-show and cancellation after the start of the rental period 100% of the total rental price (minus all non-incurred costs, such as final cleaning, laundry package, overnight tax)
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Replacement tenant
Up until the start of the rental period, each tenant can be replaced by a third party if he or she informs us of this.
