The appartment Erli no. 2 are 61 qm and can accomondate 7 personens.
The Flat have a sleeping room with kingsize bed. In the 2nd bedroom there is a kingsize bed as well as a Fold-away bed with own toilet and wash facilities. A bathroom with shower and toilett are in the entrance area.
At the big leaving room with kitchen, sitting area as well as a sleeping couch.

Schöne große Wohnung mit super Garten. Ruhige Lage.
Wir waren mit 2 Hunden und 4 Personen in der Wohnung. Für Anliegen war der Vermieter sofort zu erreichen (Handtuchwechsel, Nutzen der Waschmaschine) Schöne Wanderwege und Isarradweg ab Haus.
Tolle Wohnung mit viel Platz
Die Wohnung und der dazugehörige Gartenteil sind sehr groß. Alles befindet sich in einem gepflegten Zustand.

Bilder halten nicht, was sie versprechen
Leider hat uns diese Ferienwohnung nicht gefallen, die Bilder sind wohl mindestens 20 Jahre alt. Alles ist ziemlich abgewohnt, die Terrassenmöbel kaputt, die Bäder sind winzig klein. In den Waschbecken kann man nicht einmal ein T-Shirt durchwaschen geschweige denn, sich die Haare waschen. Was mich am meisten gestört hat, war der Geruch. Es riecht in der Wohnung sehr muffig, vor allem im Schlafzimmer gleich vorn rechts. Die große Terrasse konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, weil es von Wespen gewimmelt hat. Auch die Ausstattung in der Küche lässt zu wünschen übrig, die Pfanne ist sehr alt und die Beschichtung nicht mehr in Ordnung. Die Gastgeber waren nicht zu erreichen bzw. haben sich nicht zurück gemeldet. Einen Pluspunkt gibt es, weil wir schon vor 15 Uhr am Anreisetag in die Wohnung konnten.
Absolut entspannte Woche mit Freunden und zwei Hunden.
Eine sehr schön geschnittene Ferienwohnung, einem großen Garten und einem sehr schönen Wellnessbereich. Die Spitzenbewertung ist schon allein wegen der Möglichkeit, günstig ein E-Auto zu laden, gerechtfertigt. Am Rande von Mittenwald gelegen, hat man bis zum Ortsrand gerade einmal 2 Min. Fußweg.
Die Betreuung war sehr gut und immer für uns erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung um den Urlaub genießen zu können
Wir waren 5 Erwachsene mit Hund. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und man kann sie sehr gut mit 7 Personen bewohnen. Alles drüber hinaus wäre ein wenig eng. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Einen Abzug gibt es nur deshalb, weil im kleinen Bad sowie in einem der Zimmer Harken fehlten um Kleidung und Handtücher aufzuhängen. Die Terrasse und der Blick auf die Berge ist großartig.

Tolle Wohnung mit Terrasse, Hund war inklusive. Sehr sauber und gemütlich. WLAN Verbindung war nicht so optimal aber es war ein toller Urlaub.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Service
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und doch zentral, viele Wanderwege beginnen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch bei Regen konnten wir unter der überdachten Terrasse sitzen. Die Betten in den Schlafzimmern sind sehr bequem und die beiden Badezimmer sind modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Betreuung durch Michael und Manfred Liebl ist sehr herzlich und freundlich, man fühlt sich willkommen und fast wie zu Hause.
Schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist im schön eingerichtet, leider konnten wir die grosse Terrasse wg des trüben Wetters nur wenig genießen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, zum nächsten Supermarkt Norma läuft man ca 15 Minuten. In den Ort Mittenwald sind es zu Fuß schon eher 20 Minuten. Die Wanderwege rund um die Karwendel Bahn sind von der Wohnung aus sehr gut erreichbar bzw man kann direkt am Haus starten. In der Wohnung haben wir alles vorgefunden was man so braucht als Selbstversorger.
Excellent 5 night stay at House Erli 2
Great stay at the apartment, Spacious, very well equipped, very comfortable and very good value. Met by Michael the Host and he was exceptionally helpful. Great garden area that would be lovely to use in the summer. Found the area the apartment is situated in to be exceptionally quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day out walking/hiking etc. Mittenwald centre 15 mins walk away with plenty of eating options available, found taxi back was best option in the evening after a few relaxing German beers. Would certainly recommend using any of Michael's apartments and we will be using again on future Mittenwald visits.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit großem eingezäunten Garten. Perfekt für Urlaub mit Hund. Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung und ausreichend Platz. Sehr nette Vermieter. Traumhafte Landschaft mit tollen Wanderwegen. Wir haben bei Weitem noch nicht alles gesehen und kommen gerne wieder. Top!!
Schöne Wohnung
Es handelt sich bei dieser Wohnung um eine schöne am Ortsrand gelegene Wohnung. Wer die Ruhe und Erholung sucht, liegt hier genau richtig. Der Zugang zur Liegewiese ist durch eine große Schiebetür zu erreichen, wo man sich im Sommer wunderbar ausruhen kann.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und versuchen die wünsche der Mieter
Umgehend zu erfüllen.
